Well howdy... It's been awhile! The last time I posted anything here was just over 10 years ago and wow does time just disappear.

I recently logged in after all this time and thought; "what's been happening here after all these years". This lead to spending quite a significant amount of time browsing through some of my old creations, collaborations and interactions with other artists and boy did a righteous wave of nostalgia wash right over me.

NG and my old online mates is to thank for what I have accomplished in my professional working life. Soon after my last post here over 10 years ago (after dropping out of university) I became a full-time graphic designer and videographer all while dabbling in the odd photographic job and freelancing as an artist. Although as the years went on and as I grew I moved away from art oriented work to different, yet exciting career opportunities. I found that after being a graphic and media designer for so long that my pure enjoyment of creating art diminished both as a hobby and as a vocation. Creating art used to be something I did for fun, an outlet for myself and something that made me happy. I'm only now really realising (as I venture into my 30's) just how important creating is, and that I have neglected it for too long.

With all that said, I think it's time to return to this platform. To start creating collaborative movies and games (like the Notepad Drawing Collab and alike) with the extraordinary artists here on NG again. I'm not sure if any of my old NG mates are still here (or even remember me) but if you are then please don't hesitate to reach out and if I don't know you then say hey.
